John Broderick, President and CEO

John was born in Nashville, Tennessee and graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. degree in Business. He served four years as an officer in the Navy and had two tours of duty in Vietnam. He now lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, Sheri and his two sons, Jason and Forrest, live in Nashville.

Founding Broderick Builders, Inc over 30 years ago, John Broderick is no stranger to superior craftsmanship. His reputation has been firmly established in a wide variety of construction projects from custom homes in Lake Tahoe, CA, renovations in San Francisco, CA, remodeling and special home projects here in Nashville, Tennessee, Destin Florida and Grand View Lodge and Resorts in Spencer, Tennessee. Licensed as a general contractor in Tennessee, his experience in both residential and commercial work guarantees fine workmanship and fully satisfied clientele.

Joining Broderick Builders Inc. in 1994, Hank Likins is dedicated to bringing you the finest customer service available and making your remodeling or home sale experience an easy and successful one. Hank brings nearly three decades worth of real estate and 20 years of remodeling experience into every business venture and will provide you with the knowledge, skill and expertise critical to your project. Sheri Broderick, HR Director & Interior Designer

After graduating from Lipscomb University with a degree in Family Relations, Sheri attended Watkins Institute of Art & Design for her Interior Design degree. Her attention to detail and passion for design adds value to many of our projects with her assistance in choosing colors, fabrics and layouts in the home. In addition, Sheri maintains the bookkeeping for each project Broderick Builders works on to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our records. Sheri also finds time for the three mini loves of her life, Grayson, Jack Hampton (the nephews) & Hannah (the granddaughter)!

Jason Broderick, Vice President

Many summers work in his earlier years for Broderick Builders Inc. provided Jason with a solid foundation of construction knowledge. Upon returning from Florida State University in August of 2001, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, he put his business and marketing skills to work for BB, Inc. Either in the field or in the office, Jason is dedicated to providing the customer service and attention to detail that you would expect from THE professional remodeling company.

Randy Word, Project Manager

Being a native Nashvillian, Randy knows the area and the people that make up this fine city. His background in banking and the home mortgage industry has given him a unique perspective on Real Estate and the Remodeling Industry. The attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day challenges in the field help things run smoothly. Lending support and experience to Sheri on the financial side of the business will allow Broderick Builders to continue to grow and impact the Remodeling community in Nashville for years to come.
